Become a Sustaining Member
In 2009 we began the "Sustaining Member" program. Our goal was to establish a monthly income that covered our basic monthly operating expenses and allowed us to avoid seasonal income fluctuations. By joining the "Sustaining Member" program, you provide TPT with the stability that is essential for its survival and development. The "Sustaining Member" program allows you to donate a small amount on a monthly basis, which you may cancel at any time.
Please consider becoming a "Sustaining Member" on a monthly basis and further providing for TPT's future. Thank you for being a supporter of the Tennessee Preservation Trust!
Donations and Sponsorships
Tennessee Preservation Trust’s mission is to promote the preservation of our state’s diverse historic resources through education, advocacy, and collaborative partnerships. Our mission is accomplished through our members and by the generous support of individuals and organizations. You may support our mission by making a donation to a specific project or by sponsoring one of our educational events, including a session at the Annual Statewide Preservation Conference.

Volunteer
Volunteering with the Tennessee Preservation Trust is an excellent opportunity to help protect the many varied historic sites throughout Tennessee. From Knoxville to Memphis, Tennessee’s historic sites make Tennessee a special place for residents and visitors alike. We are always grateful for an extra pair of hands to help out with the newsletter, mailings, membership, planning special events, updating the website, and a variety of other tasks. Volunteers are always welcome to join the staff at our office in Cummins Station, but many volunteer opportunities can be done remotely. Work regularly or just come in when you can.

Internship
The Tennessee Preservation Trust offers internship opportunities for both undergraduate and graduate students throughout the year. Whether you are a student in historic preservation, museum studies, planning, architecture, interior design, or history, TPT will work with you to create a project that meets the interns’ interests and field of study.
